Citi Credit Card Online Payment Modes for  Account Holders

If you are a Citibank account holder, then you can use one of the following credit card bill payment methods.

1. Net Banking

To pay the CC bill through Net banking, follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Visit the official Citibank website.

  • Step 2: Login to the account.

  • Step 3: You will find - Pay Credit Card Bill option under Banking

  • Step 4: Select the amount.

  • Step 5: Choose the account to pay the bill.

  • Step 6: Confirm and complete the payment.

2. Citi Mobile App

To pay the Citi credit card payment through Citi Mobile, these are the steps:

  • Step 1: Download the Citibank Mobile App.

  • Step 2: Visit the section ‘Credit Cards’.

  • Step 3: Select the credit card

  • Step 4: Choose the amount.

  • Step 5: Choose the account.

  • Step 6: Click on confirm.

3. Auto Debit

Your Citibank savings or current account can automatically debit the total amount. You can log on to the Citi credit card net banking and choose the Auto-debit option mentioned under credit cards.

Citi Credit Card Online Payment Modes for Non-Account Holders

If you do not have a Citibank account, then also you can pay your credit card dues easily.

1. NEFT or RTGS or IMPS

  • Step 1: Visit your bank website

  • Step 2: Add a beneficiary. It may take 24 hours for the bank to add a beneficiary

  • Step 3: Mention your account number. It should be a 16-Digit Citi credit card number

  • Step 4: Mention the IFSC code and the bank name

  • Step 5: When the beneficiary is added, go to the ‘fund transfer’

  • Step 6: Click on NEFT or RTGS, or IMPS

  • Step 7: Enter the amount payable

  • Step 8: Select the account you want to make the payment from

  • Step 9: Confirm

2. Net Banking

You can make your Citi credit card payment through other bank accounts. Add a Citi credit card to the Utility Biller, and then make the payment by logging into the net banking portal of your other bank.

3. ACH or ECS

Similar to the auto-debit feature, even a non-Citibank account can facilitate the same. To do this, you can get a signed document from your other bank. ECS or Electronic Clearance Service will allow the automatic Citibank bill payment. Get the ECS form, fill it out, and submit it at the Citibank branch. 

4. EPAY

One of the Citi credit card payment methods is E-Pay.

  • Step 1: Open the Citibank epay link 

  • Step 2: Enter Citi credit card.

  • Step 3: Mention your contact number and email ID.

  • Step 4: Select the account

  • Step 5: Click on the ‘E-Pay Now’.

  • Step 6: Entering the OTP.

  • Step 7: Confirm the payment

5. UPI

To make the Citi credit card payment via UPI, these are the steps.

  • Step 1: Log in to your payment app

  • Step 2: Select UPI

  • Step 3: Choose ‘Send Money’

  • Step 4: Use UPI ID or CC number

  • Step 5: Enter the amount

Citi Credit Card Offline Payment 

To make the payment offline, these are the methods

1. Cash

Visit the bank branch and make the deposit. You may need to pay a deposit fee of Rs. 250 and show a PAN card.

2. Cheque/DD

Drop a check or DD to the bank's dropbox. This mode of the Citi credit card payment takes the longest time, and you can expect it to reflect in your account within the next 7 days.
