Citibank's E-Pay method allows you to pay your Credit Card bills online even if you don't have a Citibank banking account. This will usually take 2 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays).


Your funds are transferred from your account with other bank through a facility called the ACH (Automated Clearing House, earlier referred as ECS). You’re required to provide a signed mandate to Citibank authorizing the transfer of funds from your account with other bank.
