You can complete your HSBC CC bill payment easily through your net banking account. However, you must first register for HSBC’s net banking service and link your credit card by providing the card details such as name, card number, CVV, etc. Once registered, follow the steps mentioned below to make your credit card bill payments.
Visit HSBC Bank's net banking page.
Log in with your user ID and password.
Go to the 'Payment & Transfer' tab.
Select your credit card as the biller and enter the amount to be paid.
Authenticate the request to complete the payment.
If you have an HSBC credit card bill to pay, you can use the mobile banking app too. Here are the steps for the same:
Download and sign up for HSBC mobile app.
Log in with your credentials.
Go to the ‘Credit card’ section and click on ‘Pay Now’.
Choose whether you want to pay the Total Amount Due or the Minimum Amount Due.
Authenticate the transaction to complete the payment.
Visa credit cardholders can make the HSBC credit card payment through Visa Money Transfer by following the steps mentioned below:
Log in to your bank’s net banking account.
Select the ‘Visa Money Transfer’ option.
Go to the ‘Add billers’ section and add your credit card as a biller by providing the necessary details.
Once the card has been added, proceed to make the HSBC card bill payment by clicking on ‘Pay Now’.
Enter the amount to be paid and authenticate the transaction.
To pay your HSBC credit card bill through National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT) follow the steps mentioned below:
Log in to your HSBC Credit Card net banking account.
Go to the Fund Transfer tab and select ‘Add a beneficiary’.
Enter the 16-digit card number as your account number, along with the bank name, and HSBC credit card payment IFSC code as ‘HSBC0400002’.
Verify and click on ‘Submit’.
Once registered, go to the fund transfer section, and choose NEFT as your preferred mode of transfer.
Against payee select the HSBC Bank credit card.
Fill in the required details along with the amount.
Do note that it can take anywhere between 4 to 24 hours to register a beneficiary. Banks may also have a limit on the amount that can be transferred within the first 24 hours post registering a beneficiary. It is therefore wise to plan the process well before the HSBC credit card payment last date.
If you want to make your HSBC credit card payment from any other bank account, you can do so using the Electronic Clearing System (ECS). This allows the bank to automatically debit the outstanding amount on your credit card from your bank account. Do note that HSBC credit card payment via ECS is available in select cities only.

Choose the ‘Make payment’ option
Enter your email address, SBI credit card number, mobile number, amount to pay and the mode of payment
You will be updated about your BillDesk HSBC credit card payment status on your registered mobile number and email ID.
HSBC credit card payment can be done online by setting up standing instructions for payment too. This allows the bank to automatically debit the partial outstanding amount/ total outstanding amount (based on your choice) from your account on the payment due date. You can avail the service from the bank’s net banking account or mobile app under the ‘Credit Card’ section, or by visiting your nearest branch. Do note that you can disable the standing instructions at any time.
If you have an HSBC Visa credit card, you can pay your HSBC Bank credit card bill from both your HSBC or non-HSBC account through the PayU payment service. Here is what you need to do
Visit the third party website on https://securepayments.payu.in/hsbc-credit-card-paymenthttps://securepayments.payu.in/hsbc-credit-card-payment.
Enter your HSBC credit card number, along with your email ID and mobile number.
Fill in the amount to be paid.
Select the bank account from which you want to debit the funds.
Click on ‘Submit’.
Once redirected to the bank pay, authenticate the transaction to complete the payment.
You can also make your HSBC credit card bill payment through Google Pay or any other Unified Payments Interface (UPI). Here are the steps you need to follow:
Download, sign up, and log in to the UPI app.
Create your Virtual Payment Address or VPA and set your UPI PIN.
Enter the bank details requested.
Add the HSBC credit card as your beneficiary by entering the credit card details such as HSBC Credit Card IFSC Code, bank name, etc.
Under the UPI Payments section, click on Send Money.
Select the beneficiary and enter the bill amount and click on ‘Pay’.
Authorise and validate with MPIN.

If you own a Visa credit card from HSBC Bank, you can use the VISA Money Transfer option to pay your credit card bills through your bank account. The steps to follow are:
Log in to your HSBC credit card net banking portal.
Go to ‘Funds Transfer’ and select the ‘Visa Money Transfer’ option.
Fill in the details for both the sender and the recipient.
Click on ‘Confirm’ to authenticate and complete the transaction.

To make HSBC Bank credit card payment by cheque, the steps to follow are:
Visit your nearest HSBC Bank branch.
Fill in and submit the payment receipt.
In the cheque, mention the HSBC Bank credit card number as the payee.
Write down the bill amount and authenticate with your signature.
