There are three options available under the net banking method for making ICICI credit card payments

  • Step 2: Log into your net banking account using your credentials

  • Step 3: Select the ‘Payment and Transfer’ option from the menu

  • Step 4: Click on the ‘Quick Pay’ option

  • Step 6: Enter the OTP to authenticate your transaction

  • Step 7: Click on ‘Submit’ to complete the ICICI bill payment

2. Biller Registration Option

  • Step 1: Visit the official website of ICICI bank

  • Step 2: Log into your net banking account using your credentials

  • Step 3: Select the ‘Payment and Transfer’ option from the menu

  • Step 4: Click on the ‘Manage Biller’ option

  • Step 5: You will be redirected to a new page, where you will need to enter your credit card details for registration purposes

  • Step 6: Initiate the online payment of your ICICI Bank credit card bill after the registration procedure is completed

3. Visa Money Transfer Option

B. iMobile App

  • Step 1: Download the official ICICI Bank iMobile app on your device

  • Step 2: Log into your account using your credentials 

  • Step 3: Select the ‘credit card’ option from the menu

  • Step 4: Click on the ‘Pay Now’ option 

  • Step 5: Mention the ICICI credit card payment details to initiate the transaction

  • Step 6: Enter the MPIN to complete the ICICI Bank credit card bill payment

C. UPI 

  • Step 1: Open the UPI app on your device

  • Step 2: Enter your credit card details

  • Step 3: Click on ‘Verify’ to authenticate credit card details

  • Step 5: Scan the UPI QR code to initiate the payment in iMobile or any other payment apps

D. NEFT

To make an ICICI Bank credit card payment by NEFT, you will have to make a transaction from an ICICI savings account -

  • Step 3: Select ‘Add Beneficiary option’ from the ‘Fund Manager’ menu

  • Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page, where you can enter the beneficiary details like account details, IFSC code, etc.

  • Step 5: After the details are entered, the bank takes 24 hours for authentication and beneficiary payment activation

  • Step 6: Select the ICICI credit card bill payment NEFT option, after the beneficiary payment is activated

  • Step 7: Enter the amount for the NEFT transaction

  • Step 8: Enter the OTP to authenticate your transaction

  • Step 9: Click on ‘Submit’ to complete the ICICI bill payment

E. IMPS

  • Step 1: Visit the official website of ICICI bank

  • Step 2: Log into your net banking account using your credentials

  • Step 3: Select ‘Add Beneficiary option’ from the ‘Fund Manager’ menu

  • Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page, where you can enter the beneficiary details like account details, IFSC code, etc.

  • Step 5: Select ICICI credit card IMPS payment option, once registration process is completed

  • Step 6: Enter the amount for IMPS transaction

  • Step 7: Enter the OTP to authenticate your transaction

  • Step 8: Click on ‘Submit’ to complete the ICICI bill payment

For Non-ICICI Bank Account Holders

While the ICICI bank account holders surely have an edge, there are many easy payment options available for non-ICICI account holders as well. Let us take a look at the multiple ICICI Bank credit card payment options.

1. NEFT

The National Electronics Fund Transfer (NEFT) mode of payment allows the non-ICICI account holders to pay the bills using any other bank account. All you have to do is enter your credit card number and other details as asked. If you want to make the payment and update the status on the same day, choose to pay on a weekday. On weekends and post-working hours, the status is updated on the next business day.

2. RTGS

Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) If you have an ICICI bank credit card but do not have an ICICI bank account, RTGS is another mode of payment you can use. You can make large transactions amounting to Rs. 2 Lakhs and above. This method allows you to pay your credit card bills in one shot. The only requirement is for you to have net banking activated on your non-ICICI bank account. 

3. iMobile App

  • Step 1: Download the ICICI Bank iMobile app on your device

  • Step 2: Log into your account and select the ‘credit card’ option from the menu

  • Step 3: Click on the ‘Pay Now’ option and enter the ICICI credit card payment details 

  • Step 4: Complete the ICICI Bank credit card bill payment by entering the MPIN.

4. Pay to Contact
Pay to Contact allows non-ICICI Bank customers to make payments by entering someone’s mobile number. The receiver, however, should have an ICICI Bank UPI ID. 

ICICI Bank Credit Card Bill Payment- Offline Mode

ICICI bank account holders can opt for any of these offline payment methods for their ICICI credit card payment:

1. ATM

  • Step 1: Visit the nearest ATM

  • Step 2: Swipe your debit card, enter the debit card PIN, and choose the option ‘more options’ on the screen and then click on ‘credit card payment’ option

  • Step 3: Enter the card details with the amount and click on yes

  • Step 4: Your bill amount will be instantly debited from your debit card

2. Cash/ Cheque

You can write a cheque or pay cash by visiting the nearest ICICI bank branch or you could also drop the cheque in the ATM cheque drop-box. Cash can be paid to make an instant payment by dropping it at the bank counter. It is to be noted that a processing fee may be charged for using this method of clearing your dues.
