However, to keep your card active and avail these privileges, it is critical for you to clear your outstanding dues on time. Luckily, doing so is simple as the bank offers several online and offline payment methods. Read on to know more about each of these methods so that you can select the one that seems most convenient to you.
IndusInd Bank offers several online modes of payment such as net banking, mobile banking, Billdesk, NACH, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, auto debit, and Visa Money Transfer. Depending on your preference, you can select the one that best works for you. Here are the steps you would need to follow:
Once you are through with the IndusInd credit card login process, you can use the net banking portal to clear your outstanding dues.
On the IndusInd net banking homepage, click on the ‘Funds Transfer' tab.
Select the ‘Add a beneficiary’ option.
Enter the name of the beneficiary and your IndusInd Bank credit card number.
Click on ‘Transfer funds’.
Choose the IndusInd Bank account from which you want to pay the dues.
Select the IndusInd credit card and enter the transaction amount.
Verify the details and click on ‘Pay’.
Validate with the OTP sent to you on your registered number to complete the transaction.
IndusInd Bank allows you to make your credit card payment through BillDesk. The process is simple and safe. Here are the steps you would need to follow to pay your IndusInd credit card bill via BillDesk:
Go to the BillDesk payment page.
Enter your IndusInd Bank credit card number, your name, and the amount you wish to pay.
From the list, select the bank account you wish to debit.
Click on ‘Pay’.
Once redirected, log in to your net banking account and authenticate the payment.
The amount will be debited, and you will be redirected to a transaction acknowledgement screen where you can check your IndusInd credit card payment status.
To make IndusInd Bank CC bill payment using the IndusMobile app, the steps you would need to follow are:
Download the IndusMobile app from App Store or Google PlayStore.
Sign in to your account using your MPIN or net banking credentials.
On the home page itself, click on ‘Credit Card’.
Click on ‘Pay Now’ to proceed with the payment process.
Select, whether you want to opt to use ‘IndusInd Bank account’ or ‘Swift Pay’.
Enter the amount and authenticate the payment using your MPIN.
You can use the NACH or National Automated Clearing House facility to authorise the bank to debit your other bank account automatically and pay your IndusInd Bank credit card bill. All you need to do is download the NACH Mandate form from-https://www.indusind.com/content/dam/indusind-corporate/credit-cards/nach-mandate-instruction-form.pdf, fill it, sign it and mail it to the below-mentioned address.

If you have an IndusInd Bank credit card, you can use the NEFT payment facility of your non- IndusInd Bank savings account to clear your card dues. The steps are as follows:
Log in to your net banking account.
Go to the ‘Fund Transfer’ tab and select ‘Add a beneficiary’.
Select IndusInd Bank from the list of banks in the menu.
Select the city/branch.
Enter the IndusInd Bank credit card payment IFSC code as INDB0000018.
Enter the 16-digit IndusInd Bank credit card number (15-digit in case of IndusInd Bank Amex credit card) as your account number.
Click on ‘Submit’.
Once registered, you will have to go to the fund transfer section and choose NEFT as your preferred mode of transfer.
Against payee select the IndusInd Bank credit card as your beneficiary.
Fill in the required details along with the amount.
Authenticate and complete the payment.
Do note that it can take anywhere between 4 to 24 hours to register a beneficiary. It is therefore wise to plan the process well before the IndusInd Bank credit card payment last date. Also, if there is an error in the IndusInd Bank IFSC code for credit card payment, account number, or branch details, the registration process will throw an error.
If you have an IndusInd Bank credit card, you can use the IMPS payment facility of your non- IndusInd Bank savings account to clear your card dues. The steps are as follows:

Do note that IMPS is available for IMPS live member banks. Also if you wish to pay your IndusInd Bank credit card bill online via IMPS, you would need to process the transaction at least two days before the due date.
If you want to pay online, you can clear your IndusInd credit card bill using RTGS too.The steps are as follows:
Log in to your net banking account.
Go to the ‘Fund Transfer’ tab and select ‘Add a beneficiary’.
Select IndusInd Bank from the list of banks in the menu.

If you own a Visa credit card from IndusInd Bank, you can use the VISA Money Transfer option to pay your credit card bills. The steps to follow are:
Log in to your IndusInd Bank credit card net banking portal.
Go to ‘Funds Transfer’ and select the ‘Visa Money Transfer’ option.
Fill in the details for both the sender and the recipient.
Click on ‘Confirm’ to authenticate and complete the transaction.
You can also set up standing instructions on your IndusInd Bank account for hassle-free credit card online payment using auto-debit. To do so, you need to follow the steps mentioned below-
Download the ‘Auto Debit Form’ from the official website.
Print and fill in the details requested in the form, such as your name, IndusInd Bank credit card number, bank account number, and branch.
Choose whether you want to pay the total amount due or the minimum amount due.

Once registered for the service, your monthly credit card bills will be automatically cleared from your linked account on the payment due date.
Along with the online channels, there are several IndusInd credit card payment options offline. Depending on your preference, you can select the one that seems most convenient to you.
To make IndusInd Bank credit card payment by cash, the steps to follow are:
Visit your nearest IndusInd Bank branch.
Fill in and submit the payment receipt.
Pay by cash.
For future reference, collect the acknowledgement receipt. Do note that cash payments attract a service charge of ₹100 per payment.
To make IndusInd Bank credit card payment by cheque, the steps to follow are:
Visit your nearest IndusInd Bank branch.
Fill in and submit the cheque receipt.
In the cheque, mention your IndusInd Bank credit card number as the payee.
Fill in the amount you wish to pay (total due/ minimum due) and authenticate with your signature.
Submit the cheque to the bank representative.
For future reference, collect the acknowledgement receipt.
Alternatively, you can drop the cheque at one of the cheque drop boxes located at an ATM. Do remember to mention your name and phone number on the back of the cheque.
If you are abroad, you can visit your local bank and use the SWIFT transfer facility to pay your IndusInd Bank credit card outstanding amount. You would need to instruct the bank to pay the IndusInd Bank account in your preferred currency. While sending the wire transfer, do notify your local bank to mention 'OUR' in the charges column.
As it may take anywhere between 24 to 48 banking hours for the money to be transferred and another 24 hours for the payment to be processed.
Do note that you would need to mention the account number, name and address when making the transfer.

Enter the PIN and select the ‘Visa credit card bill payment’ option

To make an IndusInd Bank credit card payment via the NACH Facility, here are the steps to be followed:
Using the official IndusInd Bank website, download the NACH form
Fill in all the details in the form and send it to the bank for verification
Once the bank receives the form, they are automatically authorised to debit funds from your bank account towards the credit card bill payment
The dues must be cleared at least 3 days in advance to ensure that the payment is done on time.
