1. Log in to your online account.
2. Select ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Manage Pin.’
3. Now select your SBI credit card.
4. You will now receive an OTP on your registered phone number. 
5. Provide the OTP and enter a new numeric PIN.
6. Click on ‘Submit.’
7. Your new PIN has been generated. Use it for all future transactions.

1. Call the SBI toll-free number 1860-180-1290.
2. Select the option to generate a new PIN.
3. Provide your date of birth along with your credit card details.
4. You will receive an OTP. Provide it to validate your IVR transaction. 
5. Enter the new PIN.
6. Your new SBI PIN has now been generated. 

If you forgot a Citibank credit card PIN, you can change it online through internet banking. You can also generate a new PIN offline by visiting an ATM or through IVR/phone banking. Here’s a look at the different methods: 

1. To change your Citibank card PIN through net banking, follow the steps given below:

• Log into your online banking account.
• Select ‘Credit Cards.’
• Click on the option to change the pin.
