Disobeying the authorities Rs. 2,000
Not allowing the emergency vehicles of pass Rs. 10,000
Oversized vehicles Rs. 5,000
Overloading two-wheelers Rs. 2,000 as well as disqualification of the license for 3 months

Other newly proposed provisions:

1.If an offence is committed by Juveniles:

The owner or the guardian is deemed to be guilty. Hence, he/she must pay a hefty penalty of Rs. 25,000 along with 3 years of imprisonment.

2.If the police officer impounds documents

Under this scenario, the driver’s license is suspended.

3. If an offense is committed by enforcing authorities

He/she must pay twice the penalty under the section, whichever is relevant.

4.Penalty for intended violation of regulation

The Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill allows cashless treatment for road accident victims. Moreover, it secures the person with financial help while seeking medical or non-medical assistance during accidents.
