Other newly proposed provisions:
1.If an offence is committed by Juveniles:
The owner or the guardian is deemed to be guilty. Hence, he/she must pay a hefty penalty of Rs. 25,000 along with 3 years of imprisonment.
2.If the police officer impounds documents
Under this scenario, the driver’s license is suspended.
3. If an offense is committed by enforcing authorities
He/she must pay twice the penalty under the section, whichever is relevant.
4.Penalty for intended violation of regulation
