  3. All bills and payment receipts towards transportation and lodging due to flight cancellation or delay

  5. In the case of curtailment:
    1. Hospitalization discharge summary/consultation papers of insured
    2. Certificates from overseas billers regarding cancellation charges
    3. Death certificate in case of death

Loss of Passport:

  1. Claim Form filled in and signed
  2. Copy of new passport
  3. Copy of the previous passport (if available)
  4. Original bills/invoices of expenses incurred for obtaining a new passport
  5. Copy of FIR/ Police Report

Baggage Delay/ Loss:

  1. Claim Form (to be filled and signed by you)

  3. Letter from the airlines accepting the liability for loss
  4. Proof of compensation received from airlines
  5. Proof of items valued more than INR 6000
  6. Passport and visa copy with Entry Stamp Overseas and exit Stamp from India
  7. Original bills/receipts/invoices pertaining to expenses incurred/purchases made during the delay period.

Financial Emergency / Bail Bond:

  1. Claim Form filled in and signed by authorities and you
  2. Full statement of the facts in writing
  3. Witness statements and any other documents relevant to the incident, including Summons, legal notice etc.
  4. Date of loss in case of financial emergency
  5. Copy of FIR/ Police Inquest Report
  6. Court order stipulating the required amount as bail bond

Home Burglary Claim:

  1. Claim Form filled in and signed by you
  2. Covering Letter detailing full statement of the facts of the incident.
  3. Copy of FIR (filed with the local police authorities)
  4. Details of local investigation and survey of loss in case carried out by insured
  5. Details of any other insurance covering the same loss
  6. Passport and visa copy with Entry Stamp Overseas and exit Stamp from India

Hijack:

  1. Claim Form (to be filled and signed by insured)
