Skullcandy Indy Bluetooth In Ear Headphones Black (S2SSW-M003)

Since I've tried apple airpods, my review will largely be a comparison between indy and airpods Here's my opinion about Skullcandy indy:

1. Design: I personally like the stem design of apple airpods. Skullcandy has a similar design but these are slightly larger than air pods. The charging case is also a bit bigger in size but fits easily in pocket. These fit very nicely in the ears and are very comfortable to put on. Sound isolation is really best.

2. Look and feel : These ear buds looks cool. However, the quality of plastic is a bit flimsy. They are also very lightweight which makes them even more comfortable to use.

3. Sound: These ear buds sound way better than airpods. There's a nice balance between bass and treble. Sound is crisp and clear and is accompanied with a deep bass. The bass is not overpowering and gels very nicely with treble. If you are a fan of rock music then definitely go for these.

4. Controls: like the airpods, these ear buds also feature touch controls which are very easy to use.

5. Battery life: battery life is decent. You'll get approx. 3hrs of battery life with additional 12 hrs from the case.

The only con is the pricing. In my opinion these earphones should be priced around 5.5-6k. As compared to apple, this really is a steal but then again you have cheaper alternatives like the noise shots x5.

:the new Indy wireless buds feature a Bluetooth range of 33 feet, a total battery life of 16 hours (4 hours each independently, 12 hours using the charging case), and access to the phone's default virtual assistant (such as Google Assistant or Siri)

::The buds have ear gels that ensure a firm grip while placed in the ears and dedicated haptic buttons on them to control audio playback and calls.
::Call, Track and Volume via Touch Controls.
::Noise Reduction for Calls.

Cons
::pricing in India is comparatively high than of US
:: Colour options are too limited
::Still using old micro USB no type c support

it's been almost a month sine i'm using this as a daily driver, this is my personal experience
so if u are a skull candy user then i'm sure u will be disappointed with the sound quality coz this thing never sounds like a Skull candy at all,Loudness is low, but the main point is if u manage to find the perfect fit the noise isolation is Wow. The left side ear buds keeps to cut off regularly, Sound is crisp and clear, Definitely not a replacement for Air pods.

Always a fan of skullcandy , love the way they sound and fit. Skullcandy always has that perfect combination of loudness and bass , have used most of their products (jibs, smokin buds , method) I was super excited for the indy , though was hesitant at first reading all the crappy reviews and prepared for the worst?????.
But after using it for a while now , all I wud say is skullcandy never disappoints me... Indy has great noise isolation, perfect fit , decent bass and sound , great battery.
If it had the usb c port or wireless charging case then it wud be the perfect airpods killer.
