What are the eligibility criteria to avail Bajaj Finserv EMI?

I had scheduled a KYC request for Bajaj Finserv Online EMI Card. What are the next steps?
The field executive assigned to collect your documents will call you 60 minutes before the scheduled appointment. You'll need to ensure that you have your PAN card and any one of your Voter Id card, Driving License, Aadhaar card, Passport, or Utility bills (not older than 60 days) for address proof when the executive arrives at your doorstep. When the executive arrives, he will click pictures of your documents along with his/her employee ID and signature. You don't have to provide physical copies of any of your documents. Before submitting the documents, please verify the executive's company ID card.
I want to reschedule/cancel my appointment.
When the field executive calls you prior to the scheduled slot, please inform him about your rescheduling or cancellation request. In case of rescheduling, you will have to provide him with alternate date and time.
