Terms and Conditions for exchanging customer’s used mobile device through Cashify:

  1. By clicking on the link for exchange of customer’s used mobile device (“Mobile Device”), the customer will be redirected to a third-party pop-up (“Cashify Platform”) which is not owned or controlled by Bajaj Finance Limited ("BFL").

  2. The customer understands that only upon successful purchase of a Mobile Device from the EMI store on loan from BFL, will the customer be eligible for the exchange transaction on the Cashify Platform.

  3. The exchange transaction of the Mobile Device will conclude on the Cashify Platform and will be governed by the terms and condition prescribed by Cashify.

  4. By providing the option to exchange the Mobile Device, as a value-added benefit to the customers, BFL is only acting as a facilitator and is not be responsible, in any manner whatsoever, either for the exchange transaction or for any acts or omissions of Cashify.

  5. The exchange value for the Mobile Device will be received by the customer directly from Cashify and will not be adjusted against the customer’s purchase of the new mobile device on the EMI Store.
