In an attempt to enforce better traffic discipline and reduce violations, the government of India introduced a new set of fines under the Motor Vehicles Act in 2019. In case you have been issued an e-challan, you can pay your Goa traffic police fines online either on the government’s e-challan portal or via the mParivahan app. To do this simply log on to the e-challan portal or the app and enter your challan details.

  • Go to https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in and click ‘Check Challan Status’.

  • Click the ‘Get details’ button and you will see the challan details on the screen.
