E Challan Maharashtra

In a bid to ensure better road safety standards all across the state, Maharashtra was one of the first to introduce e-challans. If anyone is found guilty of violating the traffic rules, the Maharashtra RTO can issue an e-challan against them.

These e-challans range from Rs.1,000 to Rs.10,000, based on the severity of the violation.

If you have been issued an e-challan, you can opt to pay for the same either through the state traffic website, through the Parivahan website, or through Paytm.

If you wish to check the status of your e-challan, you can do so through the Parivahan website, or through the MahaTraffic application.
