Acko Bike Insurance Claim Process

If you have a comprehensive bike insurance plan in place, you can rest assured that the repair cost of any damages arising out of accidents will be covered under your bike policy. However, in order to apply for a claim correctly, you must be aware of the exact steps that need to be taken. If there are any errors in the documents you have submitted or the claim process itself, your claim will likely get rejected. Fortunately, ACKO bike insurance has a very simple and straightforward claim process, which you can understand by reading the exact steps given below:

How to File ACKO Bike Insurance Claim

There are two different ways in which you can make an ACKO bike insurance claim; cashless and reimbursement claim.

Reimbursement Claim

You can follow the given steps to file a reimbursement claim:

  • Contact Insurer

Connect with the ACKO team and inform them about the motor accident and your intention to file a claim.

  • Register Claim Online

Fill in the online claim application form on the official ACKO website and submit all the required documents.

  • Insurer will Survey

The insurer will appoint a surveyor who will examine the condition of your damaged vehicle.

  • Claim Settlement

Once your vehicle has been repaired, you will have to submit all the bills to your insurer. After the insurer verifies the repair bills, your reimbursement claim will be paid out.

Cashless Claim

  • Contact Insurer

In the event of an accident, inform your insurer about your intention to file a claim.

  • Visit A Network Garage

Visit any ACKO network garage near your location to get your damaged bike repaired.

  • Verification and Repair

The network garage will verify your insurance details and then proceed with the repairs for your damaged bike.

  • Claim Settlement

Once your bike has been successfully repaired, ACKO will directly settle the repair costs with the network garage.
