Your complaint should be registered immediately should you contact ACKO Bike Insurance through call
If you chose to write to them via email, you should receive a response of acknowledgement within 24 hours
The investigation will then commence and you will be expected to co-operate whenever necessary
The matter should be resolved within 5 working days
If you aren’t satisfied with the outcome, you can move to stage 2
