Step 1: Visit the official page of the Bhulekh UP Website at http://upbhulekh.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Khatauni Ki Nakal Dekhe’ or ‘The Imitation of Rights Record’ option on the home page.
Step 3: A window opens up asking you to enter the Captcha code on your screen.
Step 4: Enter details like District, Gram (village) and Tehsil.
