The E-Rekha Portal by the Kerala Land Information Mission aims to:

You can easily check the land records in Kerala by following the steps given below:
Step 1: Log on to the official E-Rekha website by Kerala Land Information Mission: erekha.kerala.gov.in
Step 2: On the top right corner of the screen, click on “Sign Up” and register yourself. If you have completed the registration process, click on ‘Sign in’ and enter your credentials.
Step 3: Click on ‘File Search’ in the ‘Menu’ bar. Select between the two available options, i.e. ‘Old Survey Records’ and ‘Resurvey Records’.
Step 4: A drop-down menu will appear where you can select your district, village, and taluka.
Step 5: In the given fields, enter the survey number and the block number.
Step 6: Now, click on ‘Submit’ to view your document.
Step 7: To download the document, click on the ‘Checkout’ button.
Step 8: You must verify the details and make the payment to download the record. The downloaded document can be saved and used for future reference.
To register yourself on the E-Rekha Kerala Land Information Mission Portal:
Step 1: Visit the official E-Rekha website and click on ‘Sign up’ (at the top right corner of the page).
Step 2: You will be redirected to a new page and requested to provide details like your name, email ID, and password. Once you confirm your password, you need to enter your mobile number, address, and pin code.
Step 3: Click on ‘Register’.
Step 4: Upon successful registration, you can access the portal using your credentials. Remember, your email ID is your username.
Land record documents can be verified online by submitting an application via the E-Rekha website:
Step 1: Visit the official E-Rekha website and click on the ‘Verification’ option in the navigation panel.
Step 2: You can now view the ‘Application Verification’ and fill up the requested details.
Step 3: Now, upload the documents that you wish to verify. The documents must be in PDF format.
Step 4: Click on ‘Submit’ after entering the captcha text in the designated field.

Step 1: First, view the required land records by following the steps discussed in the earlier sections.
Step 2: Now click on the “Checkout” button when you see the land record thumbnail on your screen.
Step 3: If you are already a registered user, log in with your credentials, else, register as a new user.
Step 4: Now verify the land records. You will also be able to see the applicable fee for downloading the records alongside.
Step 5: Now click on the “Continue” button. Also, note down the transaction number for future reference.
Step 6: Now, click on “Proceed to Pay”. You will be redirected to the payment page.
Step 7: Complete the payment using your credit/debit card, UPI, IMPS or net banking. Once the payment is successful, you can download the required land record.
