How to Register Your Project on AP RERA

If you are a real estate developer looking to register your project in Andhra Pradesh, follow the steps given below:

  • Select ‘Registration’ on the official website (you have the option to register both new and existing projects)

  • Fill in the required details and provide your PAN number

  • Check the existing registered projects under your PAN number

  • Provide your bank details and upload recent bank statements

  • Enter promoter details, including your name, website, Aadhaar number, GSTN, etc.

  • Fill in the required project details, including 

    1. Its name, type, status, permission, validity, starting date, and layout 

    2. Plan number, cost of construction, details of the land and built-up area 

    3. Details about the parking space, open area/s, estimated date of completion

    4. Requisite information about the projects you have started in the last five years

  • Upload the necessary documents

  • Select the option of ‘Save and Continue’

  • Pay the requisite charges to complete the process

Complaint Registration Process

If you have grievances about the promoter’s services, you can register an online complaint with RERA Andhra Pradesh. Follow the steps given below:

  • Select ‘Complaint Registration’ on the AP RERA official web portal

  • Read the instructions to fill the form accurately and click on ‘Proceed’

  • Enter complaint details in the ‘Complaint Against’ and ‘Complaint By’ sections

  • Choose the details of the complaint and upload relevant documents 

  • Check the box against the declaration statement

  • Select ‘Save and Continue’

  • Preview the details and proceed to the payment section

  • Complete the payment to register your complaint
