  • Step 1: On the official website of Andhra Pradesh RERA, select the option of ‘Registration.’ Here, you have the option to register both new and existing projects.

  • Step 2: Fill in the required details and provide your PAN number.

  • Step 3: You can now see the already registered projects under your PAN number.

  • Step 4: Provide your bank details and upload recent bank statements.

  • Step 5 :Now you have to provide promoter details, including your name, website, Aadhaar number, GST number, and more. 

  • Step 6: You will now reach the page asking you about the project details. You have to mention the complete details of your project, including its name, type, status, permission, validity, starting date, layout, plan number, cost of construction, details of the land, built-up area, parking space, open area, estimated date of completion, and more. Here, you also have to provide the requisite information about the projects, which have been started in the last five years. You will then be required to upload the required documents. 

  • Step 7: Once this step has been completed, you must select the option of ‘Save and Continue.’

  • Step 8: Once the project details have been saved, you will be required to make an online payment for the requisite fees and charges.
