    Consult with a medical practitioner of your choice up to the benefit amount offered in the plan and submit the bill for reimbursement. The bill should state the doctor registration number, date of consultation, doctor stamp, doctor consultation fees, doctor name and speciality, and customer details for reimbursement. All members listed under the policy are eligible for the benefit. The benefit amount can be claimed in either a single visit or spread over multiple visits for consultations.

  • Tele-consultation Benefit

    Teleconsultation with a medical practitioner listed on the Bajaj Finserv Health platform. All members listed under the policy are eligible for the benefit.

  • Session Benefit (Gym, Counselling, Yoga etc.)

    Take counselling sessions with a specialist and get reimbursed up to the benefit amount. The bill with the amount, stamp and consumption date should be visible on the uploaded bill for approval. This benefit can be availed by all the members listed in the policy. The benefit amount can be claimed in either a single visit or spread over multiple visits for consultations.

  • Network discounts

How to Make a Claim

Doctor Consultation Benefit/Lab and Radiology Benefit

There are three ways to claim reimbursement for the lab and radiology benefits or for doctor consultation benefits:

1. Download the Bajaj Finserv Health app.

2. Use the registered mobile number to register.

3. Select the purchased plan from my "Health Plans"

4. Choose the "Doctor Consultation" or "Lab & Radiology Benefit" option.

5. Add the required information and upload the invoice.

6. Share bank account information and a cancelled check on your website.

7. Submit the claim.

8. Within 48 working hours, the claim will be reimbursed to your bank account.

 

Emailing customer service

 

1. Email customercare@bajajfinservhealth.in

2. Include a scanned copy of the invoice with all the information legible.

3. Specify the patient's name, the hospital or lab’s name, and the bill amountl.

4. Share bank information (account number, bank name, IFSC, primary account holder name) along with a cancelled check that you can upload

5. Within 48 hours, the claim will be paid out immediately to the bank account.
