You are then required to submit a copy of the invoice for its reimbursement. It must clearly mention the fees of the doctor’s consultation, his/her speciality and name, their registration number, consultation date, and the doctor’s stamp. It must also contain your reimbursement details.

  • This benefit can be enjoyed by every member mentioned under this policy.

  • Claim this benefit amount either in one visit or in more than one visit for the doctor’s consultations. 

2.      Laboratory Testing Packages

Any pathology or radiology tests up to the claim amount are covered by the laboratory and radiology benefit. You can gain a profit from the following:

- You can get paid up to the benefit amount for any pathology or radiology test that you choose to have performed at any laboratory or radiology centre. The uploaded laboratory or radiology invoice must clearly include the amount, consumption date, and stamp, mainly for the approval.

Teleconsultation

  • Only online consultations are available. 

  • This benefit is not transferable to any other member. 

  • This benefit cannot be carried forward to the next year. 

  • This benefit cannot get redeemed for cash.

 

Package of OPD/Doctor’s Consultation

 

  • This benefit is not redeemable for cash.

  • Clubbing this benefit with any other benefit is not possible.

  • Transferring this benefit to someone else is not allowed. It can be done only if they are covered under this policy.
