How to Claim

Doctor Consultation Benefit/Lab and Radiology Benefit

The reimbursement claims for lab and radiology or doctor consultation benefits can be raised in the following ways:

Bajaj Finserv Health App

• Download the Bajaj Finserv Health application

• Sign-up or sign-in using your registered mobile number

• Under my ‘Health Plans’, select your purchased plan

• Select ‘Lab & Radiology Benefit’ or ‘Doctor Consultation’, whichever is applicable

• Enter relevant details and upload your invoice

• Share your bank account details and upload a cancelled cheque

• Submit your claim

• Your claim will be reimbursed within 48 working hours 

 Bajaj Finserv Health Website

• Sign-up/sign-in onto the Bajaj Finserv Health website

• Under my ‘Health Plans’, select your purchased plan

• Select ‘Lab & Radiology Benefit’ or ‘Doctor Consultation’, whichever is applicable

• Enter relevant details and upload your invoice

• Share your bank account details and upload a cancelled cheque

• Submit your claim

• Your claim will be reimbursed within 48 working hours directly into your bank account

 Emailing the Customer Service

• Send an email to customercare@bajajfinservhealth.in

• Attach a scanned copy of your invoice with all relevant details legible

• Mention details like patient name, hospital/lab name, and bill amount

• Share your  bank details and upload a cancelled cheque

• Your claim will be reimbursed within 48 hours  

Tele-consultation Benefit

You can raise and avail of the benefit of cashless claims or teleconsultation, by following any of the two methods listed below:

Bajaj Finserv Health App

• Download the Bajaj Finserv Health app

• Sign-up or sign-in  using your registered mobile number

• Under ‘My Health Plans’, select your purchased plan

• Choose the ‘Teleconsultation benefit’ option

• Choose the doctor of your choice from the list of doctors

• Select preferred date and time 

• Click on ‘Submit’

• You will receive a link to join the consultation call, 15 mins before the consultation

• The doctor will join the call on the scheduled day and time

• Go on to the bajajfinservhealth.in website

• Sign-up or sign-in using your registered mobile number

• Under my “Health Plans”, select the Purchased plan

• Select ‘Tele-consultation benefit’ 

• Choose your preferred doctor from the list of doctors

• Select preferred date and time 

• Click on ‘Submit’

• You will receive a link to join the call 15 mins before the consultation

• The doctor will join the call during the scheduled time

Lab Test Package (Prime Network Only)

You can get cashless claims for the lab test package in any of the following ways:

• Download the Bajaj Finserv Health app from AppStore or PlayStore. 

• Sign-up or sign-in using your registered mobile number

• Under ‘My Health Plans’, select your purchased plan

• Choose the ‘Lab test package benefit’ option

• Choose the hospital/lab of your choice

• Enter the date of redemption and click on ‘Confirm’

• An SMS with the voucher link will be sent to your registered mobile number. Share your voucher code to get cashless lab test package benefits

• Begin by visiting the bajajfinservhealth.in website

• Sign-up or sign-in using your registered mobile number

• Under ‘My Health Plans’, select your purchased plan

• Choose the ‘Lab test package benefit’ option

• Choose the hospital/lab of your choice

• Enter the date of redemption and click on ‘Confirm’

• An SMS with a voucher link will be sent to your registered mobile number. Share the voucher code to get cashless lab test package benefits

• Emailing to Customer Service

• Include details like customer name, hospital/lab name, and date

• A customer care executive will get in touch with you to confirm your identity using an OTP

• An SMS with a voucher link will be shared on your registered mobile number

• Share your voucher code to get cashless lab test package benefits

Network Discounts

Bajaj Finserv Health Prime Network provides discounts on healthcare services, these benefits can be availed in the following ways: 

• Visit the healthcare services offered by any lab and/or hospital that is a part of the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime Network

• Share the benefit requested on the network, along with your registered mobile number to the billing executive

• You’ll receive an OTP, which needs to be shared with the billing executive. 

• Upon sharing the OTP, you can avail of up to 10% discounts on selected services at the hospital/network under the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime Network.
