What's Covered Under Critical Cancer Care - Female?

  • OPD / Doctor Consultation Benefit

    This benefit entitles policyholders to consult a doctor (specialty or general) that has a BDS, BHMS, BAMS or MBBS and the cover is provided for the same in accordance with the amount specified under the plan. Policyholders are required to present an invoice of their consultation such that reimbursement for the same can be processed. The maximum benefit amount may be claimed within one visit or can be spread across multiple visits to the doctor provided they fall within the benefit outlined in the policy. This reimbursement should clearly indicate the consultation fees, date of consultation, the doctor’s name and specialty, doctor stamp, customer details and registration number for reimbursement.

  • Lab Test Package (Prime Network)

    This package is made up of a number of predefined tests that are aimed at identifying and minimising risks in addition to detecting illnesses early on. Policyholders may undergo a checkup each year for a predetermined set of lab tests as indicated in the package selected by them. These tests are available to only those listed under the policy. You may take these tests only at the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime partner hospitals and laboratories which are being updated regularly.

  • Network Discounts

    Discounts provided under this plan include a 10% discount for OPD health packages and plans, consultations, radiology and lab, pharmacy expenses, spectacles, and dental procedures. A 5% discount is applicable on the room rent. In case of an IPD admission, the ambulance ride will be free. These discounts will be applicable to only those medical centres that operate within the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network, there may be exclusions to this policy.

Policyholders of this plan are not provided with coverage for the following.

What’s not covered under the Lab Test Package – 

  • This benefit is not available in any medical centre that is not part of the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network. 

  • The home collection service is only active in select locations, and in the event that it isn’t available in your location, policyholders may need to physically visit the nearest medical centre. 

  • Only adults that are enrolled in this policy are eligible and this benefit can’t be transferred to any other member.

  • Carry forwards will not be permitted even if that plan is renewed. 

  • Benefits are not eligible to be redeemed against cash. 

What’s not covered under the OPD/Doctor Consultation Benefit – 

  • This benefit does not provide coverage for any medical procedures or treatments that you may have to undergo.

  • The policy benefit is non-transferrable. 

  • Carry forwards are not permitted even if the plan is renewed. 

  • This benefit can’t be added to another facility or benefit.

  • The network discounts can’t be combined with other benefits or services.

  • These discounts are only available at medical centres listed under the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network.

You can raise a claim in any of the following methods:

  • Sign-up or sign-in using your mobile number and other required information 

  • Select your plan from the ‘Health Plans’ section in order to continue

  • Select the ‘Radiology and Lab Benefit’ or ‘Doctor Consultation’, whichever is applicable for you

  • Fill in the relevant details 

  • Upload a copy of the invoice

  • Share your bank account related details 

  • Attach one cancelled cheque for clarification

  • Submit your claim

  • Your claim shall be reimbursed in forty eight working hours

  • Log on to the Bajaj Finserv Health website

  • Select your purchased plan in the ‘Health Plans’ section

  • Select ‘Radiology and Lab Benefit’ or ‘Doctor Consultation’, whichever is applicable
