All Indian citizens above the age of 18 are eligible for this plan.

What's Covered under Health Package Teleconsultation & OPD Cover Plan?

The inclusions of the insurance policy are mentioned below:

1. Teleconsultation

• Get unlimited teleconsultations with specialists or general physicians for a year
• Get consultations in English or Hindi
• For specialist consultations, call the toll-free number and for general physician consultations, log into the "Live Doc India by Allianz Partners" app.

Allianz Assistance is available only in India.

Medical teleconsultation	Consultation with a physician/registered medical practitioner for illness or injury which is not a medical emergency or life-threatening.

To get the teleconsultation service, kindly follow the steps given:

• Call the toll-free number- 1800-419-0660 to reach the Allianz Assistance.
• The Allianz Assistance agent will note the request and arrange a call with a doctor.
• You will get a call from the doctor and will be provided consultation. The prescription will be sent to you through a customer email ID or over SMS.

2. OPD (Outpatient Department)

• Up to 4 consultations are provided by Allianz Assistance.
• The vouchers are valid only in specific hospitals for specialist or general physician consultations.
• One month of waiting period is applicable for availing this benefit. If the membership is renewed without a break, the waiting period is not applicable in the subsequent years.

• The Allianz Assistance agent will help you in fixing the medical service appointment.
• The agent will confirm the booking via email and SMS.
• The Allianz Assistance agent will call you for appointment confirmation.

What’s not Covered under Health Package Teleconsultation & OPD Cover Plan?

1. All tests/medicines being prescribed by the doctor further diagnosis or treatment.
2. If the consulting doctor is not able to provide an accurate assessment using telehealth consultation.
3. Teleconsultations are not covered when the teleconsultation service notices a medical emergency.
