The Healthy Body Package Plan by Bajaj Finserv Ltd. helps you secure yourself or your family members by mitigating the financial burden of keeping track of your physical fitness and well-being. You can get any lab tests you want with the lab benefit packages included in the Healthy Body Package plan. The policy comes in two variants – the Essential plan with a premium of Rs. 1,200/year and the Classic plan at a premium of Rs. 2,100/year. Here is how you can get this cover seamlessly.

What’s not Covered?

Listed below are the expenses and causes for which cover is not extended under the Healthy Body Package Plan:

• Radiology and Lab exclusions

You shall not be reimbursed for diagnostic procedures. You cannot transfer the benefits of this policy to anyone whose name is not mentioned in the Healthy Body Package Plan. Other things that you must note are:

• You cannot carry forward any benefit that you have not used before the expiration of the policy. These benefits cannot be claimed even if you re-purchase the policy.

• You cannot redeem benefits against cash.

• You cannot club this benefit with another benefit.

• Uncovered benefits under doctor consultations 

You will not get reimbursed for any diagnostic procedures. The benefits are non-transferrable to those who are not mentioned in the policy details. Moreover, carrying forward unused benefits is not allowed, even if you re-purchase the plan. You cannot redeem these benefits in exchange for cash or combine them with different benefits.

• Limits for Network Discounts

You cannot club network discounts, and you can only get these discounts on partners listed on the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network. 

How to make a claim

You can reach out to the customer care team to raise a claim in any of the following ways for doctor consultations or lab/radiology benefits:

• Bajaj Finserv Health App

Install the Bajaj Finserv Health app and sign-up on it with your mobile number. Select the plan that you purchased from the ‘Health Plans’ tab. Enter the required details and attach a copy of your invoice. Share your bank details along with a cancelled cheque. Your claim shall be credited in 48 hours. You will receive the amount in your account.

 

• Bajaj Finserv Health Website

Open the Bajaj Finserv Health website and sign up or log in. Proceed by selecting the plan you have purchased from the ‘Health Plans’ tab. Enter the required details, scan and upload your invoice, and add your bank details. Your claim shall be credited to your account within 48 hours.

 

• Email 

Send an email to customercare@bajajfinservhealth.in along with a copy of your invoice. Ensure that all the required details are visible. Your claim shall be settled in 48 business hours.
