  • Your remaining benefit cannot be carried forward to the next year, even if you re-purchase or renew the policy after one year. 

  • The benefit cannot be transferred to any other member.  

  • You need to reap this benefit in one instance. 

  • Only selected locations have home collection facilities available. In case your desired location is not available, you will have to physically go and take the tests. 

Network Discounts (some exclusions) 

  • You cannot club the network discounts with any other benefit. 

  • You cannot utilise the network discounts outside the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network. 

OPD/Doctor’s Consultation (some exclusions) 

  • You cannot club the OPD/Doctor’s Consultation benefit with any other benefit. 

  • You cannot redeem this benefit against cash. 

  • If any medical procedures are undertaken, reimbursements will not be made. 

  • Your remaining benefit cannot be carried forward to the next year, even if you re-purchase or renew the policy after one year. 

  • The benefit cannot be transferred to any other member. 

 

Session Benefit (some exclusions)

 

  • The expenses of the diagnostic procedures undertaken by the doctor or the specialist shall not be reimbursed. 

  • The benefit is non-transferrable. 

  • It can not be carried forward to the next year, even if you re-purchase the benefit at the expiry of 1 year. 

  • You cannot redeem the benefit against cash. 

  • This benefit cannot be merged with any other benefit.

·   Share the details of your bank and then upload the cheque that is cancelled.

·   Submit this claim. 

  

Now, within forty eight working hours, this claim amount will be credited directly into your bank account.
