 Doctor Consultation or OPD Benefits

The policyholder can receive a consultation with any doctor with an MBBS, BDS, BHMS, and BAMS degree up to the claim amount that is mentioned under the plan details and specifications.

 

If the plan mentions any particular doctor or a medical specialist, you can consult with them. Otherwise, you can take consultation from a doctor based on your choice. Its benefits are -

 

• Consultation with any doctor with an MBBS, BHMS, BDS, and BAMS(dental, allopathic, homoeopathic, and ayurvedic dental) degree as per the speciality as offered in your plan based on your choice. Then you are required to submit the reimbursement invoice. It should clearly mention the doctor’s consultation fees, his/her speciality and name, his/her registration number, consultation date, the doctor’s stamp, and your reimbursement details.

   

• Every member listed under the policy can reap this benefit.

• You can claim this benefit amount either in a single visit or over multiple visits for the doctor’s consultations.

Network Discounts (some exclusions)

• You cannot club the network discounts with any other benefit.
• You cannot utilise the network discounts outside the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network.

 OPD/Doctor’s Consultation (some exclusions)

• You cannot club the OPD/Doctor’s Consultation benefit with any other benefit.
• You cannot redeem this benefit against cash.
• If any medical procedures are undertaken, reimbursements will not be made.
• Your remaining benefit cannot be carried forward to the next year, even if you re-purchase or renew the policy after one year.
• You cannot transfer this benefit to any other member.

• Tap on ‘Consultation of Doctor’ or ‘Radiology & Lab Benefit’ to select it, based on what you choose.
• Please fill in the details as asked and then upload the received invoice. 
• Share the details of your bank and then upload the cheque that is cancelled.
• Submit this claim. 

Now, within forty eight working hours, this claim amount will be credited directly into your bank account.

• Use your registered mobile number on the app of Bajaj Finserv Health to sign-in. 

• Go to your health plans section and select the plan you have purchased. 

• Tap on ‘Consultation of Doctor’ or ‘Radiology & Lab Benefit’ to select it, based on what you choose.

• Please fill in the details as asked and then upload the received invoice. 

• Share the details of your bank and then upload the cheque that is cancelled.

• Now, click on ‘Submit’. 

Now, within forty eight working hours, this claim amount will be credited directly into your bank account.

Now, within forty eight working hours, this claim amount will be credited directly into your bank account.

 

Tele-consultation Service

• Use the registered phone number and sign-up. 

• Go to your health plans section and select the plan you have purchased. 

• Tap on the option ‘Tele-consultation benefit’ to select it. 

• Look at the doctors’ list and select that of your own choice. 

• Choose your preferred time and date.

• Submit the claim.   

Join the link that you receive 15 minutes prior to your appointment with the doctor.

• You need to visit the services of healthcare offered by any laboratory or hospital under the Prime Network of Bajaj Finserv Health. 

• Give the billing executive the requested benefit on their network and your registered phone number. 

• Share the One Time Password (OTP) that you receive, with their executive. 

• After you give the OTP, you can get up to 10% discount on selected services or hospitals under the Prime Network of Bajaj Finserv Health.
