Get planned ambulance support, a maximum of up to 2 times a year with Allianz Assistance. This accounts for all the requests put in by the covered persons during the plan tenure. A service benefit would include the following:

  1. Transporting the covered individual from their location to the hospital for treatment.

  2. Transporting the covered individual back from the hospital to their residence post treatment.

  3. A waiting period of one month is applicable for this plan. The waiting period is not applicable in the subsequent years if membership has been renewed without any break.

The Planned Ambulance Service Health Plan services will be provided within a radius of 40 kms from the declared residential address of the member. In case the ambulance support is required to carry the covered person for a distance greater than the above mentioned radius or if the services are required for an intercity transfer, the member will have to bear the additional charges for every km travelled beyond the covered radius, as per the pricing charts of the ambulance service provider.
