In order to subscribe to the ROAD TRIP SOLUTIONS COVERING 4 Wheeler- CITY COVER 3 Months, you must meet some basic eligibility criteria:
● Applicant must be a resident of India
● Applicant’s age should be at least 18 years and above
Allianz Assistance will offer financial assistance on parts up to ₹ 7000 in case of engine overheating.
Any unexpected electrical, mechanical, or electronic failure that results in the immobilisation of the covered vehicle, including a flat battery.
Any unforeseen and involuntary event such as a collision or impact against an object, whether fixed or moving. A crash that results in the immobilisation of the covered vehicle and subsequently requires repair in a garage.
Immobilisation of the covered vehicle as a result of the covered vehicle having exhausted its battery
Due to any kind of pilot error (such as covered vehicle lights mistakenly left on) resulting in a discharged battery
Covered vehicle’s battery has outlived its shelf life resulting in a flat battery
Vehicle keys if they are locked in the covered vehicle, lost, stolen or damaged, and requiring on-the-spot assistance or towing to a garage.
Deflation of one or more tyre(s), which makes safe use of the covered vehicle practically impossible, resulting in Immobilising the vehicle at the incident site and requiring it to be taken to a garage or requiring on-the-spot assistance.
Fuel shortage, resulting in immobilising the covered vehicle at the site of the incident, which requires the vehicle to be taken to the garage or requires immediate assistance.
Injection of wrong fuel, frozen fuel or polluted fuel having an immobilisation effect on the covered vehicle and requiring to be taken to the garage or requires on the spot assistance.
Partner will organise a return to your home or aid you in the continuation of your journey for all beneficiaries to their final destination or their place of residence, whichever is preferred. The taxi benefit is subject to the following conditions:
The covered vehicle breaks down, due to which it has to be towed to the nearest garage for repair.
The category of the taxi will be Santro/Indica/Dzire/Etios and other vehicle models of a similar category.
Every kilometre to be travelled/travelled by the beneficiary will be charged to the beneficiary, and the additional costs shall be borne by the beneficiary directly with the taxi service provider.

Your Roadside Assistance Cover will not cover any of the following events. Allianz Assistance will not provide assistance or reimburse you or the beneficiaries for assistance or claim arising from, caused by, or in connection with any of the following:
Radioactive contamination or ionising radiation from any nuclear fuel or nuclear waste
Any loss, damage, theft, death, bodily injury and expenses that are not directly related to the incident, unless expressly stated in the insurance certificate.
War, acts of foreign enemies, invasion, rebellion, terrorism, hostilities, civil war, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, riot or civil commotion
Declared natural disasters such as hail, storm, flood, hurricane, rain, sleet or snow, wind, lightning or other similar events when officially declared as natural disaster by the authorities and results in immobilising the covered vehicle
The consequences of the use of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, and other toxicants that are not medically prescribed
The consequences of intentional acts from the covered or the consequences of negligent/fraudulent/dishonest acts,
Suicide or suicide attempts
Costs incurred without prior agreement or expenses that are not specifically stated as being covered within this insurance policy.
The consequences of incidents occurring during races, events or other motorised competitions (or their tests).
The cost of replacement parts, unless specifically mentioned in your insurance document
Any costs that would have normally been payable by you or the beneficiaries. Example- fuel, congestion, or toll charges.
Charges for special recovery incurred where the covered vehicle was not being driven on a public highway when the breakdown or immobilisation occurs and the covered vehicle cannot be accessed using our standard recovery equipment.
Any consequences of your vehicle having not been kept in a roadworthy condition or not being serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendations. In such events, Allianz Assistance reserves the right to request proof of service.
Immobilizations of the vehicle that are caused by systematic recalls by the manufacturer.
