You can consult any specific doctor or a medical specialist from among the ones mentioned in the doctors’ list. You can otherwise consult a doctor based on your choice. Its benefits are -

  • Consultation with any doctor with a BDS, MBBS, BAMS, and BHMS degree based on the specialists offered in the plan of your choice. Submit an invoice mentioning the doctor’s consultation fees, his/her speciality and name, his/her registration number, consultation date, the doctor’s stamp, and your reimbursement details for its reimbursement. 
  • Claim this amount of benefit in one or more than one doctors’ visits.

 

Lab Test Packages

This testing package provides pathology or radiology tests up to the benefit amount covered by the laboratory and radiology benefit. Any member mentioned in this policy can get paid up to the claim amount for any test that you choose at any laboratory. The uploaded laboratory invoice must clearly mention the amount, consumption date, and stamp.

What’s not Covered under the Tuberculosis Care Plan?

The mandatory exclusions of the Tuberculosis Care Plan Care:

Network Discounts 

●       You cannot club the network discounts with any of the other benefits. 

●       You cannot utilise the network discounts outside the Prime Network of Bajaj Finserv Health.

Package of Laboratory Tests

  • This benefit is not redeemable for cash.

  • This package is accessible only on the Prime Network of Bajaj Finserv Health.

  • Even if you renew your benefit, you cannot carry forward the previous benefit amount.

  • This benefit cannot be transferred to another member. 

  • This is a one-time use benefit.

  • If your location is not mentioned under the policy, you are required to physically visit the laboratory.

 

Package of OPD/Doctor’s Consultation 

  • Redeeming against cash is not possible.

  • Clubbing this benefit with another one is not possible.

  • Transferring this benefit to another member is not possible.

  • You cannot carry forward this benefit to another year.

  • Click on ‘Consultation of Doctor’ or ‘Radiology & Lab Benefit’ to select it, based on your choice.

  • Please fill in your personal details on the form that appears and then upload the received invoice. 

  • Share the details of your bank and then upload the cheque that is cancelled.

  • Submit this claim and your process will get completed.  

Now, within forty-eight working hours, this claim amount will be credited instantly into your bank account.

Bajaj Finserv Health App

  

  • Open the Bajaj Finserv Health App and sign up using your registered mobile number.

  • Go to your health plans section and select the plan you have purchased. 

  • Tap on ‘Consultation of Doctor’ or ‘Radiology & Lab Benefit’ to select it, based on what you choose.

  • Please fill in the necessary information and then upload the scanned copy of the invoice. 

  • Upload an image of your cancelled cheque along with the details of your bank account.

  • Now, click on ‘Submit’. Your process is now complete.

  

Now, within forty eight working hours, this claim amount will be credited immediately into your bank account.

  • After you give the OTP, you can get up to 10% discount on selected services or hospitals under the Prime Network of Bajaj Finserv Health.
