  • OPD or Doctor Consultation Benefit

    Get convenient consultations from doctors who have the required degrees, up to the amount mentioned under plan details. You can claim the benefit of doctor consultations in one or multiple visits. However, this must be within the benefit limit provided.

  • Teleconsultation benefits

    You get the option to consult with qualified doctors while sitting at home, through audio and video calls, as well as text messages.

  • Network discounts

    The Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network offers discounts on healthcare expenses. Get 10% discount on OPD consultations, lab and radiology services, pharmacy expenses, health packages, dental services, and on spectacles. The discount offered on room rent is capped at 5%.

  • Free ambulance services

    In case of IPD admissions, you will receive a free ambulance service.

What’s not covered?

Here are the expenses and causes that are not covered under this plan:

  • Certain Lab Tests

You cannot avail the Lab test package outside the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network. Other things to note are:


  • The home collection facility is only available at specified locations. In other locations, you must get the tests at the lab only. 

  • The entire package should be utilised at once, that too only by you (the insured candidate). This benefit cannot be transferred to any other person.

  • You cannot carry forward any unavailed benefit. It expires at the end of the plan’s validity.

  • You cannot redeem this benefit against cash.

  • Specified OPD treatments 

You will not be reimbursed for any procedures that are medically required. You must also note that you cannot transfer this benefit to any family member or any other person whose name is not in the policy document. Moreover, this benefit must be used exclusively and cannot be combined with other benefits. 

  • Network discounts on certain services

You cannot combine network discounts with other separate benefits. Moreover, you can only get these discounts on facilities available on the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network.

How to make a claim

Get the Bajaj Finserv Health app on your phone and sign up. Fill all your details and attach your invoice. Provide the details of your bank account where you want to receive the claim amount and attach a scanned copy of a cancelled cheque. It will take up to 48 hours for your claim to be processed. The amount will be directly transferred to your bank account.

Visit the Bajaj Finserv Health website and log in. You will find your purchased plan under the ‘my health plans’ tab. Select it and enter the details of your claim and upload the relevant invoice. Share your account details where you want to receive the sum insured and attach a cancelled cheque. The claim will be processed in 48 hours.
