The policyholder can receive a consultation with any doctor with an MBBS, BDS, BHMS, and BAMS degree up to the claim amount that is mentioned under the plan details and specifications.

If the plan mentions any specific doctor or a medical specialist, you can consult with them. Otherwise, you can take consultation from any doctor based on your choice. Its benefits are -

  • Consultation with any doctor with an MBBS, BAMS, BDS, and BHMS (dental, allopathic, homoeopathic, and ayurvedic dental) degree as per the speciality as the plan of your choice offers. Then you are required to submit the reimbursement invoice. It should clearly mention the doctor’s consultation fees, his/her speciality and name, his/her registration number, consultation date, the doctor’s stamp, and your reimbursement details.

  • Every member mentioned under this policy can reap this benefit.

  • You can claim this benefit amount either in one visit or over multiple visits for the doctor’s consultations.

Network Discounts (some exclusions) 

●       You cannot club the network discounts with another benefit. 

●       You cannot utilise the network discounts outside the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network. 

 

OPD/Doctor’s Consultation (some exclusions) 

●       You cannot club the OPD/Doctor’s Consultation benefit with any other benefit. 

●       You cannot redeem this benefit against cash. 

●       If any healthcare procedures are undertaken, reimbursements will not be made. 

●       Your remaining benefit cannot be carried forward to the next year, even if you re-purchase or renew the policy after one year. 

●       You cannot transfer this benefit to any other member.

Now, within forty eight working hours, this claim amount will be credited directly into your bank account.
