What's Covered Under Vitamin Package?

Here’s what will be covered under this insurance policy:

OPD / Doctor Consultation Benefit – 

This benefit entitles policyholders to consult a doctor (specialty or general) with a recognised medical degree. 

Holders of this policy are required to present an invoice of their consultation so that reimbursement for the same can be processed. This reimbursement claim should clearly indicate the consultation fees, doctor stamp, the doctor’s name and specialty, consultation date, customer details and registration number for reimbursement. The total extent of the benefit may be claimed within one visit or can be spread across multiple visits to the doctor provided they fall within the benefit outlined in the policy.

 

Lab Test Package (Prime Network) – 

You can choose from lab packages when you are subscribed under this policy. Policyholders are entitled to undergo a checkup each policy year for a predetermined lab test plan as indicated in the package selected by them. These tests are available to only those mentioned under this policy. These tests can only be taken at Bajaj Finserv Health Prime partner laboratories and hospitals.

 

Network Discounts – 

Discounts provided under this plan include a 10 percent discount for OPD consultations, health packages and plans, radiology and lab, pharmacy expenses, spectacles, and dental procedures. A 5 percent discount is applicable to the room rent. In the event of an IPD admission, the ambulance ride will be free. These discounts will be applicable to only those that operate within the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network, there may be exclusions to this.

What’s not covered under Lab Test Package

 

  • This package is not applicable outside of the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network. 

  • The home collection facility is only available in select locations, and in the event that it isn’t, policyholders need to physically visit the location. 

  • This package is only available to an adult indicated in this policy and can’t be transferred to another member.

  • Benefits cannot be redeemed against cash. 

  • Carry forwards aren’t permitted even if the policy plan is renewed. 

 

Exclusions Under OPD/Doctor Consultation Benefit

  • Coverage isn’t available for medical procedures or treatments a policyholder might undergo. 

  • Benefits may not be transferred to others unless they are covered under this policy.

  • Carry forwards are not permitted even if the plan is renewed for the next year.

  • The consultation benefit can’t be added to another facility.

 

Exclusions to Network Discounts

  • The network discounts are not eligible to be clubbed with other benefits or services. 

  • These discounts are only available in medical centres specified under the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network.

You can raise a claim in any of the following methods:

  • Sign-up or sign-in using your mobile number

  • Select your purchased plan from the ‘Health Plans’ section

  • Select ‘Radiology and Lab Benefit’ or ‘Doctor Consultation’, whichever is applicable

  • Enter relevant details 

  • Upload a copy of your invoice

  • Share your bank account related details 

  • Attach one cancelled cheque to validate your claim

  • Submit your claim

  • Your claim shall be reimbursed in forty eight working hours 

 

Bajaj Finserv Health Website

  • Log on to the Bajaj Finserv Health website

  • Select your purchased plan in the ‘Health Plans’ section

  • Select ‘Radiology and Lab Benefit’ or ‘Doctor Consultation’, whichever is applicable

  • Fill in your relevant details

  • Upload an image of your invoice

  • Share your bank account related details 

  • Upload one cancelled cheque to validate your account

  • Submit your claim

  • Your claim amount shall be reimbursed in 2 working days

  • 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time, you’ll receive a link

  • The consulting physician shall join the call during the stipulated time period
