The lab test package cannot be availed outside of the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network.
Home collection facilities will be available only at selected locations. For locations where home sample collection is not available, the customer will have to physically go and take the tests.
Entire Lab test package will have to be utilised in one instance by any adult included under the policy. The benefit is non-transferable.
Unavailed benefits cannot be carried on, even on renewal of the policy after 1 year.
Benefit(s) are not redeemable against cash.
Reimbursements will not be made for any medical procedures that have been undertaken.
