Freo simplifies the loan tracking process through its mobile app. You do not need to provide extensive personal information. You can check your personal loan status through the ‘Freo – UPI, Insurance, Loans’ app by providing your phone number and generated OTP or your Google account. 

You can also track your Freo Personal Loan status through the Contact Us portal. You will need to provide your name, email, phone number, and write a message for the status.

Through the App

1. Download the ‘Freo – UPI, Insurance, Loans’ app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store

2. Log in to the app with your phone number or Google account

3. Click on the Transactions tab

4. Select ‘Borrow’ to view your loan applications and status

Through the Contact Us Portal

1. Visit the official Freo website

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Contact Us’

3. A new form will appear, prompting you to enter your details

4. Enter these details – Name, Email ID, Registered Phone Number, and a Message mentioning your loan status query

5. Click on the ‘Submit’ button

After you submit the form, Freo’s support team will review your request and share the current loan status via your registered email or phone.
