5. After completing the application form, either submit it online or submit it to your nearest ration office along with the required documents. Download the receipt.

6. If the information and documents you submit are valid, your ration card will be granted to you within 30 days.

To download the MP ration card online, follow the steps below:

To access the MP ration card list, follow the steps below:

3. Select the respective district from the drop-down menu. 

4. Upon captcha verification, a list of all ration shops in the district will be displayed. 

5. Select the Fair Price Shop (FPS) code that relates to the concerned ration shop.

6. A list of all ration card holders under that shop appears.

To add or remove a member from the respective MP ration card, follow the online steps below:

1. Visit the Madhya Pradesh Ration Mitra official portal: https://csmsmpscsc.mp.gov.in/rationmitra/

2. Login using Aadhaar details or mobile number. Alternatively, users can create a fresh account. 

3. Go to the section for ‘New Family Member Addition’ or ‘Ration Card Correction’ or similar options available on the portal.

4. Fill out the online form for adding or removing a family member, providing necessary details like name, Aadhaar number, and relationship.

5. Upload the required documents such as Aadhaar card, income certificate, and residence proof in the prescribed formats.

6. Submit the application online.

7. One can track your application status on the portal itself and receive updates.
