1. Login to your SBI Card online account

2. Navigate to the ‘My Account’ tab in the left-hand menu

3. Click on ‘Manage PIN’

4. Select the card for which you want to generate the PIN

5. Click on ‘Generate OTP’

6. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number

7. Enter the new PIN twice

8. Click on ‘Submit’

How to Generate SBI Credit Card’s PIN Using the Mobile App

Here are the steps to generate an SBI credit card’s PIN through the SBI Card mobile app:

1. Login to the SBI Card mobile app

2. Tap on ‘Service Requests’ from the menu

3. Select ‘Manage PIN’

2. Ask: “How do I generate a transaction PIN for my credit card?”

3. Click on ‘Update PIN’

4. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click on ‘Submit’

5. Enter the new PIN twice

6. Click on ‘Update PIN’ to confirm

For Add-on Cards:

1. Head to Chatbot ILA

2. Ask: “How do I generate a transaction PIN for my credit card?”

3. Click on ‘Add-on Card’

4. Select ‘Update PIN’

5. Enter the OTP received and click ‘Submit’

6. Enter the new PIN twice

7. Click on ‘Update PIN’

How to Generate the SBI Credit Card PIN Via IVR Service

You can directly call SBI Card’s customer service to generate your credit card PIN. Follow the below steps:

1. Call SBI Card helpline at 18601801290 or 39020202 (prefix local STD code)

2. Choose option ‘6’ to generate a PIN

3. Enter your 16-digit SBI Card number, DOB (DD MM YYYY), and card expiry date (MM YY)

4. Input the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number

5. Set a 4-digit PIN and re-confirm it

6. A confirmation message will be provided on the IVR system

For Add-on Cards:

1. Call the helpline and enter the 16-digit add-on card number, DOB of the primary cardholder (DD MM YYYY), and add-on card expiry date (MM YY)

2. Choose option ‘6’ for PIN generation

3. Input the 6-digit OTP sent to the primary cardholder’s registered mobile number

4. Set a 4-digit PIN and re-confirm it

5. A confirmation message will be provided on the IVR system
