It is easy to purchase FASTag from the State Bank of India. You can either choose the offline or online mode to get your FASTag recharge by SBI. The steps for both these methods are:

Steps to get SBI FASTag online:

In order to get your SBI FASTag online, you can follow the steps mentioned below.

• Visit the SBI FASTag official website.

• Select FASTag in the section named products.

• Choose 'Get a free FASTag now' from the drop-down that appears on the following page.

• Enter the necessary personal details and particulars about your vehicle.

• Pay the SBI FASTag charges through any online payment method.

• Your SBI FASTag sticker shall be delivered to your registered address within a few days.

How to get the SBI FASTag offline:

To get your SBI FASTag offline, you can either visit a branch of the bank or their Points of sale at Toll Plazas. Ensure that you carry the required Know Your Customer (KYC) documents to the aforementioned centres. 

After that, follow these steps for an offline SBI FASTag purchase:

• Get the SBI FASTag application form.

• Fill out the application form and submit it with the necessary documents.

• Complete the SBI FASTag application process by paying the requisite charges.

Once you complete the payment and the application, your SBI FASTag shall be issued to you.

You can recharge your SBI FASTag online through Bajaj Markets by following the steps mentioned below.

1. Visit the official Bajaj Markets App

2. Go to ‘Bill Payments’

3. Click 'FASTag Services'

4. Select SBI FASTag

5. Enter your vehicle’s registration number

6. Click 'View Bill'

7. Enter the SBI FASTag recharge amount

8. Complete the payment through UPI added on Bajaj Markets

9. Save your receipt for future use

The issuance fee for an SBI FASTag is ₹100. In addition to this, you are required to pay a security fee for your SBI FASTag. The quantum of this fee shall vary depending on the type of your vehicle. Aside from the issuance fee and the security fee, you must also maintain a minimum balance in your SBI FASTag account.
