The policy beneficiaries do not have to pay any enrollment amount/insurance premium to avail of the benefits. It is a 100% government-funded scheme.
The scheme provides up to ₹3 Lakhs to each family annually.
A maximum of five family members can avail of the benefits under the scheme.
ASHA workers are given Rs. 100 for each BPL family they register under this scheme.
The State Government transfers the benefit amount through RTGS.
The policy conducts Mega and General Health Camps (every month) on district levels with the help of government and private hospitals empanelled under the scheme.
The authorities at MA Yojana have dedicated data centres and servers to manage/store information. The IT agency that helps them do so is known as (n)Code Solutions.

The beneficiaries can be enrolled under the scheme throughout the year.
The empanelled hospitals conduct Mega Health Camps and General Health Camps.

Benefits of MA Yojana |
The policy provides ₹3 Lakhs per year per family as medical coverage.
The scheme provides benefits up to ₹5 Lakhs for Kidney Transplant, Liver Transplant, and Kidney + Pancreas Transplant procedures.
It also provides cover for Cardiovascular diseases, Renal diseases, Neurological diseases, Burns, Polytrauma, Cancer, Neonatal diseases, Knee & Hip Replacement, Liver and Kidney + Pancreas Transplant and 600+ other procedures.
Each beneficiary is issued a QR-coded card that contains biometric thumb impressions, photos, a unique registration number (URN), and district and taluka name.
The policy also offers cover for travel charges of up to ₹300 per hospitalisation.
The policy covers the cost of repatriation of remains at ₹6 per km from the hospital to the beneficiary’s house.
The policy provides all the benefits under the PMJAY Scheme.

Enrolment Process for Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana
Before anyone considers enrolling for the MA Yojana scheme, check the eligibility criteria. The government authorities such as the Taluka and Civic Centres maintain a list of eligible families under the MA Yojana. The eligible beneficiaries must visit the Kiosks at Taluka or Civic Centres in their area. Mobile kiosks are also available at a local level.

The hardware is used to capture biometrics such as fingerprints, iris scans, and photos of the beneficiaries.
The beneficiaries might even have to fill out the MA Card application form in Gujarati with appropriate details.

Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana
The individuals and families listed in the BPL list by the State Government are eligible under the MA Yojana. Furthermore, each family member should be present when enrolled under the scheme. However, families that belong marginally above the poverty line can be under the MA Vatsalya Yojana if they follow these criteria –
The annual income of the family is up to ₹4 Lakhs
Any member(s) who are Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) workers
Any member(s) who have accredited reporters
Class-3 and Class-4 employees employed on a fixed payroll by the State Government
Senior Citizens with families of a total annual income of up to ₹6 Lakhs

The PDF of the MA Yojana application form is not required for enrollment. Instead, you can visit the Mukhyamantri Amrutum website to locate your nearest kiosk. The form for application is provided at the kiosk itself.

Renewal Process for MA Yojana Smart Health Card

What is Taluka Kiosk?
Taluka Kiosk is meant to be set up by the Manpower Provisioning Agency. It will be located at the taluka headquarters. The Government of Gujarat will allocate a place at the taluka's headquarter to establish this setup. The place allocated will be prominent and easy to access by the beneficiaries.
As per the government rules, each taluka kiosk will have the following hardware tools to carry out its tasks efficiently. These tools include -

Functions of Taluka Kiosk
