INSURANCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.      I acknowledge that Bajaj Markets [“BM”] vide its proprietary Bajaj Markets Website/Mobile Applications [hereinafter referred to as “Platform”] is a digital platform, engaged by its Partners (i.e. Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Housing Finance Companies (HFC) and Financial institutions, governed by RBI/NHB/ SEBI), to provide services of customer acquisition, preliminary credit support activities, fulfilment services and post-acquisition services as applicable and governed by service agreement with these Partners.  

2.      BFDL is also a Corporate Agent (Composite) registered under IRDAI regulations to solicit and service insurance products.  

3.      I understand that I would be required to share and submit personal identifiable information and sensitive personal information [collectively referred as “Personal information”] on this Platform in connection with my application, as applicable and that, use and processing of my Personal Information shall be governed by the Privacy policy of this Platform.

4.      I affirm that all information provided by me are correct, complete, and up-to-date and no information as required to process my application has been withheld. I will keep BFDL informed of any change in the information provided by me.

5.      I authorize BFDL to share my information with its respective Partners in connection with my application and with other business associates offering value-added services including but not limited to any specific partners. Further, I consent that I may be contacted by BFDL, its Partners, business associates vide email, SMS, phone call, WhatsApp or any other mode of communication as provided/available in relation with my application and other value-added services.

6.      I authorize BFDL and its Partners to share all information provided by me or obtained as a result of my application on the Platform, including but not limited to KYC documents, my existing investments, my existing loans, repayment history, declared income details for verification purposes with other third parties including but not limited to, service providers, banks, financial institutions, credit bureaus, statutory bodies, or any other party as they deem necessary. I shall not hold BFDL, its affiliates, group companies or its Partners liable for use/sharing of the information as mentioned above.

7.      I acknowledge that I may be required to accept the terms of the product I avail vide a legally binding agreement while making the requisite application on the Platform, however I understand and accept that the application is subject to approval and product specific parameters and may be approved/rejected and/or issuance/ or availing of the product to me is in the sole decision of the Partners of BFDL. BFDL holds no warranty and does not make any representation or commitment of approval/rejection of my application or the issuance/ successful completion/ or a commitment/guarantee of issuance or availing the product on the Platform.

8.      I understand that my application may be rejected by a Partner of BFDL, without specifically assigning a reason to reject the application. BFDL or the Partners will have no warranty or liability for such rejections.

9.      I acknowledge that the product features shall be at absolute discretion of the Partners and I may not always receive my indicated choice of the product. 

10.  I acknowledge that based on my previous relationship with BFDL or its Partners, I may be shown Pre-qualified/Pre-approved offer for the products from time to time, however no Pre-qualified/Pre-approved offer shall constitute any commitment/guarantee of issuance of the product to me/ or in successful realisation of the product to me. All application shall be evaluated at the point in time by the Partner and may be approved/rejected at the sole discretion of the Partner.

11.  Any decision to apply for the product is solely at my own risk and will hold BFDL harmless for any loss or damage that I may suffer, whether directly or indirectly. Display of products of various Partners on the Platform does not in any way imply, or constitute any endorsement, recommendation, advice or approval from BFDL in favour/against the Partners and/or their products.

12.  I hereby consent and authorize BFDL, to receive communications in relation to customized recommendations, promotional offers, information on various other products and services available on this Platform by BFDL via email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, App notifications or any other means of communication.

13.  We are not responsible for the content, services, or products offered on partner websites. Any transaction or interaction with Partner websites is solely between you and the Partner, and we shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from such interactions. Your use of Partner websites may be subject to their respective privacy policies. We recommend reviewing these policies before availing the product.

15.  The above-mentioned consent and authorization will override my registration under DND/DNC/NDNC under TRAI regulations.
