Aadhaar Grievance Redressal

You can contact Aadhaar customer care both online and offline for grievance redressal.

Online Method

  • Step 1: Visit the official UIDAI website - uidai.gov.in

  • Step 2: Select the “Grievance” option on the homepage.

  • Step 3: Now, click on the “Lodge Public Grievance” option.

  • Step 4: Fill in all the necessary details in the form on the next page that opens.
