Following are the steps to proceed with a digital CPP FoneSafe insurance claim process:

 

Step 1: Log in via your mobile number and enter the OTP

 

Step 2: To make a fresh claim, click on ‘create claim no.’ and then provide the incident details and date and click on ‘Create Claim’

 

Step 3: You will get an Service Request Number through SMS and email

 

Step 4: Visit an approved service centre to get your device repaired

 

Step 5: After that, log in to the CPP portal and submit relevant documents

 

Step 6: Fill up the form and submit the bill of repair along with a copy of cancelled cheque to proceed

 

Step 7: Download the papers and fill in the NEFT or Bank Mandate Form, Insurer Claim Form, and Statement Incident Form

 

Step 8: Click on ‘Print Address’ and attach this printout into the envelope with the physical documents

 

Step 9: Send the envelope to the customer care address

How to Cancel Your CPP FoneSafe Lite Membership?
