Any unexpected mechanical, electronic, or electrical failure that results in the immobilisation of the covered vehicle, including a flat battery.
Any sudden, unforeseen and involuntary event such as collision, impact against a fixed or moving object or crash resulting in the immobilisation of the covered vehicle and requiring repair in a body repair shop.
Immobilisation of the covered vehicle due to the vehicle having run out of the battery due to any driver error (such as the covered vehicle’s lights mistakenly left on) resulting in the battery getting discharged.
Covered vehicle’s battery has outlived its shelf life resulting in a flat battery and possibly requiring a replacement.
Fuel shortage, which leads to the immobilisation of the covered vehicle at the incident site, requiring assistance or towing to a repair shop.
Frozen fuel, wrong fuel, or polluted fuel which results in the immobilisation of the covered vehicle at the incident site and requiring on-the-spot assistance.
Vehicle keys being locked in the covered vehicle. Lost, stolen or damaged keys and thereby resulting in the covered vehicle needing on-the-spot assistance or towing to a repair shop.
Deflation of tyres, which makes driving of the covered vehicle impossible, which results in immobilisation of the vehicle at the incident site and requiring on-the-spot assistance or towing to a garage.

The covered vehicle breaks down due to some reason which requires it to be towed to the nearest dealership for further inspection and repair
The category of the taxi offered will be Indica/Etios/Santro/Dzire and/or other vehicle models of a similar range
Every kilometre travelled/to be travelled by the beneficiary shall be charged to the beneficiary, and any additional cost will have to be paid by the beneficiary directly with the taxi provider.

The Roadside Assistance Cover does not cover any of the events stated below. Allianz Assistance will not assist or reimburse you or your beneficiaries in the event of a call for assistance or claim caused by, arising from, or in connection with any of the following:
Any loss, damage, theft, bodily injury, death, cost, or expense that is not directly associated with the incident that caused you to claim, unless expressly stated in this membership.
Radioactive contamination or ionising radiation from any nuclear fuel or the nuclear waste arising from burning nuclear fuel.
Radioactive, explosive, toxic, or other dangerous properties of any explosive nuclear equipment or nuclear part of that equipment.
War, acts of foreign enemies, invasion, terrorism, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, military or usurped power, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot or civil commotion.
Declared natural disasters as following specified events due to natural causes: Hail, flood, lightning, storm, wind, hurricane, rain, sleet or snow, or other similar events when officially declared as a natural disaster by the authorities and which results in the immobilisation of the vehicle.
The consequences of the use of narcotics, drugs and similar products not medically ordered and the abuse of alcohol.
The consequences of intentional acts by the covered or the consequences of fraudulent acts.
Suicide or suicides attempts
Costs incurred without prior agreement, or expenses that are not specifically stated as being covered within this membership.
The consequences of incidents occurring during races, events, or motorised competitions (or their tests), subject to prior regulations of the public authorities, when the covered person participates as a competitor.
The cost of replacement parts, unless specifically mentioned in Your Assistance Coverage document.
The beneficiary/beneficiaries or any other third party organising any of the services detailed in this membership without first having authorization and a file number
Any costs that would have been payable normally by you or the beneficiaries, such as congestion, fuel, or toll charges.
Charges for specialist recovery or charges incurred where the covered vehicle is not being used on a public highway when the breakdown/immobilisation occurred, and the vehicle was not accessible using standard recovery equipment unless specifically mentioned in the policy document.
Any consequences of your vehicle not being kept in a roadworthy condition or not being serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendations. In such cases, Allianz Assistance reserves the right to request proof of service.
