Lab and Radiology Benefit

Lab and radiology benefit refers to the utilisation of any radiology or pathology tests within the benefit amount. Here are some of the benefits you are eligible to receive under this plan:
- Any pathology or radiology test of your choice from any radiology centre or lab and get reimbursed up to the benefit amount. Lab or Radiology invoice with the amount, date, and stamp should be clearly visible and legible on the uploaded invoice for approval.
- The benefit is applicable to all members listed under this policy.
- This benefit amount can be claimed in a single visit or can be spread out over multiple radiology or pathology tests. 

OPD/Doctor Consultation Benefit

Doctor consultation benefit refers to the consultation with a doctor with a minimum degree of MBBS, BAMS, BDS, or BHMS up to the benefit amount mentioned under the insurance plan details. You can also consult with a doctor and/or specialist of a specific speciality in case any specific doctor/medical speciality is offered under the plan. In case no speciality is mentioned, you can consult a doctor of your choice. Here are some of the benefits that you can take advantage of under this plan:
- Consult with a doctor of your choice with a minimum degree of MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and/or BHMS (allopathic, homoeopathic, dental, and ayurvedic dental) as per the doctor’s speciality offered in the plan. Submit your invoice/receipt for reimbursement. The invoice should clear and state the doctor’s name and speciality, doctor consultation fees, date of consultation, doctor registration number, doctor stamp, and customer details for reimbursement. 
- This benefit is applicable to all of the members listed under the policy.
- The benefit amount can be claimed in a single visit or can be spread out over multiple visits for doctor consultations up to the benefit amount.

Note:
- Network Discounts can be benefited only at the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime network. Please note that not all network discounts will be available at all Bajaj Finserv Health Prime networks.
- Network discounts can be utilised an unlimited number of times with no capping on the maximum discount that can be applied by the customer.

Here’s what’s not covered under this plan:

Exclusions under Radiology and Lab Benefit

• Reimbursements will not be made for any diagnostic procedures that are undertaken by the doctor

• Benefit is not transferable to anyone that is not covered under this policy

• Unused benefits cannot be carried, even when the policy plan is  re-purchased 

• The benefits are not redeemable against cash

• Radiology and Lab benefits cannot be clubbed with any other benefit

Radiology and Lab Benefit/Doctor Consultation Benefit

The reimbursement claims for lab and radiology or doctor consultations benefits can be raised in the following ways:

• Sign-up/Sign-in using your registered mobile number
• Under ‘Health Plans’, select your purchased plan
• Select ‘Doctor Consultation’ or ‘Lab & Radiology Benefit’, whichever is applicable
• Enter the relevant details and upload your invoice
• Share your bank account details and upload a cancelled cheque
• Submit your claim

The claim will be reimbursed to your account within 48 working hours, and the reimbursed amount will be credited directly into your bank account.

Bajaj Finserv Health Website

• Sign-up/Sign-in on to the Bajaj Finserv Health website
• Under my ‘Health Plans’, select your purchased plan
• Select ‘Doctor Consultation’ or ‘Lab & Radiology Benefit’, whichever is applicable
• Enter the relevant details and upload your invoice
• Share your bank account details and upload a copy of the cancelled cheque
• Submit your claim

The claim will be reimbursed to you within 48 working hours, and the reimbursed amount will be credited directly into your bank account 

Emailing Customer Service

• Send an email to customercare@bajajfinservhealth.in
• Attach a scanned copy of your invoice with all the details legible and visible 
• Mention details such as patient name, hospital/lab name, and bill amount
• Share bank account details (bank name, account number, IFSC, primary account holder’s name) and also upload a cancelled cheque

The claim amount will be reimbursed to your account within 48 hours and will be directly credited into your bank account

Tele-consultation Benefit

You can raise and request the benefit of teleconsultation or cashless claims by following any of the methods listed below:

• Download the Bajaj Finserv Health app
• Sign-up or sign in using your registered mobile number
• Under ‘My Health Plans’, select your purchased plan
• Tap the ‘Teleconsultation Benefit’ option
• Choose the doctor of your choice from the list of doctors
• Select preferred date and time 
• Click on ‘Submit’
• You will receive a link to join the call 15 mins before your consultation
• The doctor will join the call during the scheduled day and time 

Bajaj Finserv Health Website

• Start by visiting the bajajfinservhealth.in website
• Sign-up/sign-in using your registered mobile number
• Under my “Health Plans”, select your purchased plan
• Choose the ‘Teleconsultation Benefit’ option
• Select the doctor of your choice from the list of doctors
• Select your preferred date and time 
• Click on ‘Submit’
• You will receive a link to join the call 15 minutes before the consultation

The doctor will join the call on the scheduled day and time

 

Lab Test Package (Prime Network Only)

You can get cashless claims for the lab test package in the following ways:

• The customer care executive will call to confirm your identity through an OTP

Network Discounts

Bajaj Finserv Health Prime Network offers a range of discounts on healthcare services. These discounts can be applied in the following ways: 

• Visit the healthcare services offered by any hospital/lab. The lab/hospital should be a part of the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime Network

• Share details regarding the benefit requested on the network to the billing executive. 

• You’ll receive an OTP. Share it with the billing executive. 

Upon sharing the OTP, you can get up to 10% discounts on select services at the hospital/network under the Bajaj Finserv Health Prime Network.
