Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, Rainbow Children’s Medicare has informed that CRISIL ESG Rating & Analytics (‘CRISIL ESG’) has on a voluntary basis assessed the overall Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and has assigned an ESG rating of 61 and a Core ESG rating of 73, based on disclosures for FY 2025-26, on July 22, 2026. The ESG rating of 61 reflects an improvement from ‘Adequate’ to ‘Strong’ ESG rating assigned to the Company for FY 2024-25 and FY 2023-24. The Company has not engaged CRISIL ESG for ESG Ratings. CRISIL ESG has independently prepared the report based on data pertaining to FY 2025-26 for the Company available in public domain.
