Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in furtherance to ITS letters bearing sc nos. 113, 114 and 116 dated September 1, 2026, September 4, 2026 and September 5, 2026, respectively, Tata Motors has informed that it enclosed a Press Release issued by the company (formerly TML Commercial Vehicles) titled, ‘Tata Motors launches recommended all-cash Voluntary totalitarian tender offer for IVECO Group Common shares’. The Italian version of the aforesaid Press Release is also enclosed.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and with further reference to its letter bearing sc no. 113 dated September 1, 2026, Tata Motors has informed that TML CV Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has informed the Company that its wholly owned subsidiary, TML CV Holdings B.V., has today published a communication confirming the approval of the Offer Document by CONSOB. In this regard, the company has enclosed a Press Release issued pursuant to Article 36 of the Regulation adopted by Consob with Resolution No. 11971 dated 14 May 1999. The Italian version of the aforesaid Press Release is also enclosed.
