Hindalco Industries submits board meeting intimation
Hindalco Industries has informed about the following: a. Board Meeting: A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ending September 30, 2026 [‘said results’]. b. Trading Window: In view of the consideration and approval of the said results, ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will re-open on Monday, November 9, 2026. The above has been duly communicated to all the Designated Persons under the Code. c. Earnings Conference Call: The Company will hold the Earnings Conference Call to discuss the said results.
