In reference to intimation filed on June 02, 2026 regarding the grant of 2,74,214 stock options under Billionbrains Garage Ventures Employee Stock Option Scheme 2024. Billionbrains Garage Ventures has informed that due to an inadvertent error, the date of grant of stock options was mentioned as June 01, 2026 in the aforesaid intimation.
