Bajaj Finance submits voting results
In continuation to letter dated 9th October 2026 in relation to issuance of Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) of the Company, Bajaj Finance has informed that the said meeting was held on Monday, 2nd November 2026 at 12.45 pm (IST) through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) (referred to as ‘EGM’) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 ('the Act'), SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 and circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), to transact the businesses as stated in the Notice convening the EGM. As per the requirements under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 and applicable provisions of the Act, it has enclosed the following: Scrutinizer’s Report dated 3rd November 2026, pursuant to Section 108 of the Act and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014; and Voting results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. A copy of the same is also being placed on the Company's website and on the website of KFin Technologies (E-voting service provider).
