About Company

Our company is engaged in manufacturing/processing, trading and marketing of wide range of spices, dry fruits and othergrocery products under the brand name “VANDU” and frozen/semi fried products under the brand name of “FRYD”. Ourcompany is currently engaged in supplying of various whole spices and blended spices under spices category, plain, roastedand flavoured dry fruits under dry fruits category and ghee, various type of seasoning, chiz bites, poppy seeds, sesameseeds and many more under other grocery products category in different packaging sizes.

Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading has informed that the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, through Video Conferencing (“VC”) / Other Audio Visual Means (“OAVM”) in accordance with the circular(s) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Company had appointed Mr. Ritul Parmar, proprietor of Ritul Parmar & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the entire voting process. As per the Scrutinizers’ Report, all the resolutions contained in the Notice of the AGM dated August 27, 2026 have been duly passed by the Members with requisite majority. The voting results have been compiled and determined based on the voting records available to the Scrutinizer, read together with the declarations and supporting documents received from the concerned shareholders, wherever applicable. In determining the votes to be taken into account for each resolution, the Scrutinizer has considered the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the relevant provisions of the Notice of the AGM. Accordingly, the voting results enclosed herewith reflect the votes taken into account in accordance with the applicable provisions and the basis recorded in the Scrutinizer's Report.
