Accel informs about outcome of board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Accel has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on 27th May, 2026, has approved / noted the following: 1. Upon recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors have approved the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 (Enclosed). 2. The Statutory Auditors’ Report on the Audited Financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026 (enclosed). Th Board Meeting commenced at 5.00 pm (IST) (27- 05-2026) and concluded at 12.25 am (IST) (28-05-2026). The company will inform in due course the date on which the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
